Easter egg project

Photo: 300g of good quality chocolate.  Chopped.  #easterproject #kidsPhoto: Your choice of sweets and toppings #easterproject#kidsPhoto: Melt 200g of the chocolate then stir in the rest.   #easterproject #kidsPhoto: Take an easter egg mold and put in a few goodies.  I have used crystallised ginger and freeze dried mango.  #easterproject #kidsPhoto: Cover with melted chocolate and chill until hard. #easterproject #kidsPhoto: Cover each side with chocolate and chill separately.  Add more of your chosen toppings.  #easterproject #kidsPhoto: Make two sides.  Release from the molds and tie together with ribbon.  #easterproject #kidsPhoto: Let the children loose!  #easterproject #kids

1. 300g of good quality chocolate. Chopped
2. Your choice of sweets and toppings
3. Melt 200g of the chocolate then stir in the rest.
4. Take an Easter egg mold and put in a few goodies. I have used crystallized ginger and freeze dried mango.
5. Cover with melted chocolate and chill until hard.
6. Cover each side with chocolate and chill separately. Add more of your chosen toppings.
7. Make two sides. Release from the molds and tie together with ribbon.
8. Let the children loose!

  2. These looks so fun and delicious! We spotted these types of eggs in M&S and began salivating immediately. The insides of the eggs on yours look fantastic!

  4. They are wonderful, Natasha! How easter eggs should be - the best chocolate, and then just crazy fun with the decorations. Much better and personal than the mass-produced stuff. :)
