Here is the reason why everything has been a little quiet recently at Amelie's House, I have been helping organising this massive train cake, with Miss Cakehead, to help celebrate fifteen years of the Heathrow Express. It all culminated last Saturday with a 16 hour day build. I pop up now and again on the video. I'm the one with dip-dyed hair looking quite serious. It was a fairly stressful day to say the least but we got there in the end. The crew I was working with were brilliant and help pull off the biggest cake I have ever worked on.
